Steps to Getting Licensed

The real estate industry rewards those who pursue excellence with unwavering dedication. With Zander Realty Group's elite guidance and comprehensive support, you can build an extraordinary career helping discerning clients achieve their luxury property dreams.

1

Complete Your Required Pre-Licensing Education

Massachusetts: Complete a 40-hour state-approved real estate salesperson pre-licensing course.

Rhode Island: Complete a 45-hour state-approved real estate salesperson pre-licensing course.

Courses can be taken in person, online, or hybrid. We recommend taking an exam prep course to help you pass both the State and National portions of the licensing exam.

Elite Advantage: Students who attend live, in-person classes often have higher pass rates due to hands-on learning and interaction with expert instructors.
Recommended School: Zander Academy
2

Take and Pass the Licensing Exams

Once you've completed your pre-licensing education:

Massachusetts: Schedule your State & National exams through PSI Exams.

Rhode Island: Schedule your State & National exams through Pearson VUE.

You must pass both portions to receive your license.

Exam Costs: MA – $85 | RI – $70
Bring all required documents to your exam appointment (photo ID, course completion certificate, and any state-specific forms).
